Fall Workshop Update!

Great News! I have just found out that my mother, Kitty Pippen, will be joining me to teach the Autumn in Paradise workshop here this October 25th-29th. This is a rare opportunity to work with both of us and may be one of the last times it happens. There are still spaces available but they will fill up fast. New Sealife Series Kits!

I have finally completed the last sashiko kits in the sealife series! There are three new designs: Sea Turtles, Hammerhead, and Lobster.

Sea Turtles and Hammerhead are available now and the Lobster will be out as soon as I have some pictures to release. If you want the Lobster now, let me know in the comments section of the order.

Paradise Stitched: Fabric Kits

Many people have been inquiring about fabrics for the projects in Paradise Stitched. In response, I have started making fabric kits for Bamboo Garden and Tropical Waves. These kits are fabric only, since the patterns have been released in the book. These kits will be extremely limited and made per request. If you are interested please e-mail or call with your order.

New Pattern: Red Hibiscus

The fabric kit for the Red Hibiscus is now available! I finally released the pattern a little while ago and have just gotten the fabric together for the kits. For now, quantities are limited so these are available exclusively through us and will not be selling wholesale for some time.

I love the hibiscus flower and it was fun to showcase it against the black background for a more dramatic effect. Enjoy!

Sylvia's new book, Paradise Stitched is now available. The book features 6 new quilt projects inspired by Sylvia's tropical surroundings and her love of flora and fauna. Paradise Stitched explores innovative ways to combine Sashiko and applique techniques to make unique quilts. The book also includes tips on embroidery embellishment and fabric selection.
